Stock Availability

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that all listed products are in stock or available for immediate dispatch. Our representative will contact the buyer in case of any issue related to stock availability.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Marzel Trading charges delivery fees depending on the delivery location and may offer free delivery once the minimum order amount is reached.
  •  shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
  • If a buyer selects the wrong delivery location and does not meet the minimum order requirement, our representative will contact the buyer to confirm payment of additional delivery charges before processing the order.
  • Delivery is generally arranged on the next day after placing an order, subject to product availability and operational conditions.
  • Customers may receive delivery notifications through email or phone communication.

Payments

Marzel Trading may offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Online Payment

For online payments, Marzel Trading reserves the right to cancel orders if incorrect delivery information is provided to obtain free delivery benefits improperly. Customers will be contacted to confirm additional charges if applicable.

Failure to confirm payment may result in automatic order cancellation and refund.

Promotions

Any promotions, offers, discounts, or campaigns made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules. In the event of a conflict between promotional rules and these Terms, the promotional rules shall prevail.

Cancellation of Orders

Customers may cancel orders only before receiving shipment confirmation or dispatch notification from us.

Once an order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damages and Defective Products

Upon receiving goods, customers are responsible for inspecting items carefully.

If products arrive damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us as soon as possible and no later than 2 days from receipt.

Returned products must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and accompanying materials where applicable.

  • Products remain in resalable condition
